Privacy — demo request
This page explains what we do with the information you provide by filling out the "Request a demo" form. It does not apply to an application user account — for that, see our general privacy policy. General privacy policy (employee accounts).
What we collect
Name, work email, phone, company, role, industry, team size, number of machines, the subject and content of your message, and your IP address and browser (automatic anti-abuse measures).
Why
Only to respond to your request: to contact you back, prepare a relevant demo, or answer your question. Nothing else.
Who has access
Our sales team only. The form may trigger an internal notification (team chat) so we can respond quickly. We never sell or share this information with a third party for advertising purposes.
How long
Kept for 2 years, then automatically deleted — unless a business relationship continues, in which case your information then follows the rules applicable to that relationship.
Your rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your information at any time by writing to [email protected].
Hosted on Cloudflare (Canada). This form does not set any tracking cookie.
